Baicai Town
Baicai Town {白菜镇) is a mid-sized village situated at the somewhat remote crossroads of two major roads. While not that many people live there, it gets seasonal crowds of merchants and caravans and has a larger market year round than might be expected of a settlement this size. Outside of the busy season, it's mostly quiet and uneventful. Currently the home base for sect assassin Chu Qing.
